This Position:
The Lead Analyst, FP&A will be a strategic business partner who adds value by driving thoughtful, timely and strategic financial insights. This person will be responsible for supporting forward-looking guidance, analysis and reporting through relevant financial statements, KPI’s, forecasts, budgets, and analytics. This strategi role will be a very hands on team player, ready to roll up his/her sleeves to dive into the details of data, systems, and models. This role will have broad exposure to global and cross-functional teams. The position will be based out of the Blain, MN office with the expectation that the candidate works from the office a minimum of three days per week.

- An aptitude for translating detailed data and analyses into concise, thoughtful executive summaries and presentations

- A strong knowledge of manufacturing and cost accounting concepts
The Experience & Background That Will Peak Our Interest:
- A minimum of 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Experience supporting all financial statements, including full P&L support, and comfortable speaking to key financial metrics and drivers
- Experience supporting strategic activities, including M&A, business development, and restructuring decisions
- Experience supporting commercial and operational functions with deep analytical analyses on business trends
- Experience developing and analyzing key business KPI’s
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, concisely summarizing financial results and insights
- Experience with advanced financial planning tools, such as Adaptive Planning, and global ERP’s
- Experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse and developing Microsoft PowerBI dashboards
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree in Finance or an MBA is highly desirable
