Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join CPM as a Field Service Engineer.   This position will be located in São Paulo. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities.  We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and related tasks on our equipment
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner
  • Use field automations systems
  • Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
  • Build positive relationships with our customers
  • Build positive relationships with local Millwright crews

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience with heavy mechanical process equipment
  • Proven field service experience
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and mechanical blueprints
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Attentive to details
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and E-Mail
  • Technical degree or related work experience preferred. Entry level also considered.
  • Travel required up to 75%
