Position Summary

CPM is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. This on-site role is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting the company's global network infrastructure across approximately 25 locations. The Administrator will serve as the primary resource for Fortinet networking technologies, Azure networking, enterprise WAN connectivity, and coordination with Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The role also owns firmware lifecycle management, vendor support agreements, and enterprise network standards to ensure the environment remains secure, reliable, and scalable.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networking infrastructure.
  • Administer FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, VPNs, NAT, High Availability (HA), and BGP routing.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure networking including Azure Virtual WAN, Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, and Network Security Groups.
  • Coordinate and manage ISPs and telecommunications vendors across global locations.
  • Plan and coordinate circuit installations, upgrades, renewals, and provider migrations.
  • Monitor WAN connectivity and resolve outages and performance issues with service providers.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise network standards, architecture, documentation, and diagrams.
  • Plan, test, and deploy firmware upgrades following change management procedures.
  • Maintain vendor support contracts, licensing, subscriptions, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Assist with hardware lifecycle planning and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Support network segmentation, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on networking experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Fortinet networking and security products.
  • Experience with FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, STP, and LACP.
  • Experience configuring BGP and static routing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, including Azure Virtual WAN, VNets, VPN Gateways, and Network Security Groups.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fortinet FCSS or NSE certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700).
  • Experience supporting multi-site WAN environments and coordinating with ISPs.
  • Experience with SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), Zero Trust networking, Microsoft Entra ID, and PRTG.
Annual Salary: $60,000-90,000 depending on skills and experience.
