2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday (3:45 pm - 2:45 am)
Training will be on 1st shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00 am - 4:00 pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommending operational changes
Assessing risks
Ensuring safety guidelines are followed
Resolving production problems
Conducting performance evaluations
Giving and receiving employee feedback
Training employees
Facilitating team participation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Problem solving and troubleshooting
Communication
Training and motivating team members
Organization and planning
Managing projects and teams - leadership or mentoring experience would be a clear advantage for this role
Being customer oriented and courteous
