The Position
The role will have responsibility for overseeing and setting the marketing strategy for CPM as a whole and the individual business units to support incremental sales growth throughout the business. Laying out the brand value proposition, USP development and managing partners in support of our message. This role reports through the corporate structure to the Head of Aftermarket/CMO and will be the key leader in driving our marketing execution. Success in this role will be determined by customer & employee survey results, qualitative lead generation and incremental sales derived from our marketing efforts.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Create and lead team drive overall brand value proposition and marketing strategy, including, print, digital, trade shows and through our direct sales channel
  • Direct resources to derive the most value to support the brand initiatives and incremental sales
  • Leverage data to support our marketing decisions
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Manage marketing partners to implement marketing strategy
  • Manage overall trade show efforts through team members
  • Set annual marketing budget and manage spend
  • Work with individual business units to develop effective marketing strategies customized messaging for each market
  • Develop & implement corporate communications strategy
  • Lead global organization on marketing efforts to improve CPM positions in key markets and drive sales leads
  • Set overall strategy of CPM to external stakeholders
  • Set KPI’s to measure performance of marketing campaigns.

The Qualifications & Prior experiences
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing & communications in a multi-cultural, diverse and fast paced environment
  • Developing and implementing overall corporate marketing strategies in a B2B environment, including:
    • Overall brand value proposition
    • Individual BU marketing strategies
    • Developing, with support from team, unique selling points
  • Digital and automated marketing tools
  • Vendor management
  • Trade show management
  • Creation of marketing budgets

Education
An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 USD Annually.
