JOB SUMMARY |
The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including data management, training coordination, benefits tracking, office support, IT equipment handling, and project assistance. The HR Intern will work closely with HR professionals and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | ||
. HR Data Entry & Support: Assist with data entry tasks related to employee information, including contact details and roster updates in ADP. Support HR team with general administrative tasks, such as organizing files and maintaining accurate records. Support HR Generalist renewing annually documents as PGR, PCMSO. Support HR Generalist in company events such as logistics and things related. Register new employees who use SAP in both units such as Argentina and Brazil Training Platform Assistance: Help manage employee training platforms, including Avetta, Coamo, FS, and others. Assist with tracking training completion, certifications, and medical exams. Help organize and schedule training sessions or reminders for employees. Benefits & Voucher Tracking Support: Support the tracking of transportation/meal voucher allocations and parking ticket reconciliations. Assist with the documentation and reporting of benefits-related information. Office Support: Help order office supplies and assist with maintaining pantry and office inventory. Assist in coordinating building maintenance requests and following up on the status of issues. IT Equipment Coordination: Assist with the ordering of IT equipment, including computers and related tools. Support communication between HR and IT for any technology-related needs. Help track employee tech equipment and ensure records are up-to-date. Additional Dutties. Responsible for all other duties as assigned, based on business needs. | ||
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS | ||
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of HR software or willingness to learn, such as ADP, SAP or similar platforms. English proficiency(desire to learn) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Additional Skills:
