Position Summary:

The Aftermarket Sales Representative role is responsible for CPM’s North American customer accounts. The position will focus on sales and relationships for the company with outside sales representatives and customers. Within this role the representative will work between the direct customers, outside representatives, and internal support teams to ensure CPM’s customers are taken care of in a quick professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete customer quotes, orders and communications for aftermarket parts for CPM equipment via phone and email
  • Understand CPM equipment to troubleshoot on-site customer solutions
  • Build relationships with customers and sales representatives
  • Order and data entry in SAP
  • Increase aftermarket support and services for CPM’s equipment lines
     
Key Functional Competencies: 
  • Customer focus, trustworthy, team player, results focused, adaptability, attention to detail 
  • The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience within sales, logistics, or order fulfillment, as well have strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a strong work ethic.
Experience: 
  • Strong grasp on basic sales tactics and customer relations
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
  • Experience successfully managing multiple accounts simultaneously, collaboration and working successfully with multiple departments
  • Technical, mechanical or engineering experience is not necessary but would be helpful for training to understand CPM equipment
Qualifications: 
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge base and the desire to learn
  • Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to follow and interpret procedures
