Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Support works in the Waterloo, IA office and reports to the Feed and Grain Sales Director. This position supports the North America Capital Equipment sales and applications teams with quotations, orders, and other general administrative tasks. The Inside Sales Support is also available to support other functional areas in the company.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Compiles a variety of weekly & monthly sales reports for management
- Maintains customer records in SAPB1 (addresses, contact information, installed equipment, etc.)
- Assists with new equipment quotations
- Assists with review of incoming new equipment purchase orders
- Provides general support for sales management
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in an office environment
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
