POSITION SUMMARY:
The ESG Manager is a key member of the CPM leadership team, tasked with leading the company's efforts to integrate and champion environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across all aspects of our operations and corporate strategy. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement ESG initiatives that align with CPM’s core values and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•             Strategic ESG Leadership: Develop and lead the strategic direction for integrating ESG goals across the company. Collaborate with senior leaders to infuse sustainability and ethical practices into business operations.
•             Policy Development and Implementation: Craft comprehensive ESG policies that reflect the organization’s commitment to responsible business practices. Ensure these policies are implemented effectively across all levels of the organization.
•             Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with investors, customers, and regulatory bodies to communicate CPM’s ESG initiatives. Act as the face of CPM’s sustainability efforts in public forums and discussions.
•             Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of ESG reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance with national and international standards.
•             Product Development and Strategy: Assist BU teams as they innovate and develop products for the market. Help marketing use sustainability as a value proposition to drive growth.
•             Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a team dedicated to ESG initiatives. Foster a culture that embraces and executes sustainable practices. Executive Sponsor of our Sustainability Employee Resource Group (SERG).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
•             Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset and ability to manage high-level ESG initiatives.
•             Strong knowledge of ESG standards, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
•             Experience with ISSB, SASB, UK SRS, GRI or similar sustainability reporting practices.
•             Experience with EcoVadis or similar sustainability rating agencies.
•             Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
•             Interest or experience with using sustainability as a value proposition in both innovation stage gating and product development.
•             Experience in leading change and embedding sustainable practices into complex organizations.

EDUCATION:
•             Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification in sustainability or corporate social responsibility preferred.

Annual Salary: $105,000-$120,000
