Job Summary:

The International Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating international sales to Mexico and Central America for hammer/pellet mill manufacturing company. Specific duties include: (1) Receiving sales communications from customers, including order placements, returns, warranty requests, shipment/delivery status checks on existing orders, quote requests, and customer complaints; (2) Coordinating sales orders, including placing orders, reviewing customer files to validate new orders, validating pricing on new orders, validating order specifications to manufacturing requirements, and validating payment requirements; (3) Writing return goods authorizations for customer return products; (4) Coordinating warranty considerations and forwarding to engineering department for analysis; and (5) providing quotations and shipping logistics, including making optimal freight movement choices.

Qualifications:

This position requires 24 months of industrial sales experience in the international market, including specific experience selling goods into the international market in Mexico; and knowledge of international shipment freight movements (including motor freight, ocean freight, and air freight logistics). Full-time position located in Harlan, IA. Infrequent travel (1-4 times per year) required to unanticipated customer locations and/or trade shows in Mexico, Central America, and California.
