About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing capital equipment sales opportunities across Turkey and supporting customers in the animal feed and related processing industries. Working closely with our aftermarket, engineering, and sales support teams, you will manage opportunities from initial customer discussions through to order placement.
You will play a key role in growing our market presence, building customer relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth.

You will play a key role in growing our market presence, building customer relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Manage and convert capital equipment opportunities generated by aftermarket and marketing teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within the feed, oilseed, industrial, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and industry partners.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in Salesforce.
- Represent CPM at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical sales.
- Experience within the animal feed industry is strongly preferred; experience in oilseed, grain processing, biomass, or related industries will also be considered.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel throughout Turkey and the region.
- Candidates must be based in Turkey and have the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Language Requirements
- Turkish – mandatory
- English – professional working proficiency
- Arabic – highly desirable
