Why We’re Hiring
To meet new market demands and strengthen our presence, we are expanding our CPM organization. We’re looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth in Germany across all markets—capital equipment and aftermarket solutions.
Your Role
As Territory Manager, you will:
- Lead commercial efforts for CPM’s product line in Germany, working closely with the Commercial Aftermarket Director EMEA.
- Grow our market share by prospecting and developing new business in oilseed, feed, and alternative fuels.
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Provide technical support, including equipment sizing, process evaluation, and product training.
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and technology offerings.
- Report on market developments and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
- 10+ years in sales, preferably in feed or biomass industries.
- Proven experience in the German, Swiss, or Austrian markets.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Residing in Germany (with work rights), ideally near Bavaria or Austria.
