Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic warehouse team.

Main responsibilities

•                 Manage the Stock/Stores actions for all goods and associated documentation.

•                 Work with remote CPM teams to efficiently work to SAP expected delivery/shipping reports.

•                 Process any documentation for goods-in and goods-out in an expedient manner.

•                 Prepare shipments for freight to coincide with agreed or contractual shipping dates.

•                 Check and sign-off all deliveries and maintain system logs/processes.

•                 Look after the stores area, the stock, and be involved in regular stock checks.

•                 Work with Purchasing, Planning, Project Management and Aftermarket as part of their processes.

•                 Maintain good housekeeping in the stores area including all equipment used.

•                 Keep forklift truck license up to date.

•                 Be available for calls with remote offices and teams as required.

•                 Provide support to other departments as and when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
