Order processor/ Project leader

As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a Project Leader to join the team.

Job description

The Projects department steps into the business process after the sales order has been signed by the customer. You are jointly responsible for the administration (internal and external) and communication of the entire process from the order confirmation to the customer to invoicing.

Important tasks within this position include:

• Processing machine sales and production orders in the system;
• Translating the order confirmation into parts lists for purchasing and production;
• Issuing delivery times and coordinating the technical implementation of the machines;
• You are the point of contact for the customer from the moment of deposit to delivery;
• Managing orders and monitoring delivery times;
• Preparing the transport in collaboration with logistics and taking care of the invoicing;

Job requirements

• You have an HBO work and thinking level.
• You have experience in a technical (Mechanical Engineering) position or an affinity with mechanical technology.
• You are administratively and organizationally strong; You are controlled, accurate and work carefully and orderly.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and can deal well with ad hoc situations; You know how to keep an overview.
• You communicate clearly and provide colleagues and customers with the right information in a timely manner.
• You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
