JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, as an Inside Sales Representative , you will combine strong customer service skills with proactive sales activities to drive growth across LATAM markets, leading  customer engagement and sales growth within your assigned region, focusing on the Aftermarket segment.

The position will manage inbound inquiries, follow up on open quotes, prepare and send proposals, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively develop new business opportunities. Travel is not mandatory; however, up to approximately 10-20% travel to customer sites within LATAM may be required to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. The position is primarily office-based.

Your mission is to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across key end markets, including animal feed, oilseed, biomass, pet food, rendering and industrial.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Interaction & Sales Development
    • Respond to inbound calls, emails, for quotes, orders, returns, warranty requests, shipment status, and complaints.
    • Proactively follow up on open quotes and pending opportunities.
    • Contact customers to confirm needs and close sales.
    • Establish long-term partnerships through consultative selling and value-added solutions.
    • Engage in cold calling and market development to identify new prospects and expand reach.
    • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.

Order Coordination
    • Enter customer orders into the system accurately.
    • Validate pricing, specifications, and payment terms.
    • Ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements and international banking processes.

Return Goods & Warranty Management
    • Issue and control processes for warranty, incorrect shipments, or credit returns.
    • Coordinate warranty claims with engineering and manage rework or replacement orders.
Quotation & Freight Logistics
    • Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications.
    • Collaborate with Sales Managers for pricing strategies.
    • Obtain and analyze freight options (motor, ocean, air) to optimize cost and delivery.

Sales Pipeline & Reporting
    • Maintain and update CRM or pipeline tools.
    • Track progress on quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
    • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Field Support & Travel
    • Assist territory representatives with quotations and order coordination.
    • Travel to customer sites (approx. 10-20%) for relationship building, product discussions, and market development.


QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
  • Strong Business aptitude with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage audiences from technical specialists to senior management.
  • Experienced with ERP and CRM systems, plus strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis in Excel.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven and results-oriented.
  • Outcome-focused, skilled at managing competing priorities and performing under pressure.
  • Proficient in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, with well-developed presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Operations within Food, Agriculture, Bioenergy, Industrial, or Waste sectors, including industrial equipment sales.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade documentation.
  • Ability to work full-time from São Paulo office and comfortable with business travel (10–20%).

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, administrative, or business-related areas.
  • Experience in mechanics and electrical will be considered an advantage
  • Experience selling/supporting technical solutions
  • Residence in Brazil
  • Remote work options are available
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Spanish and English at intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
  • High integrity and ethics.
