The Position
CPM is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and also supporting Global Marketing Managers, this role is pivotal in delivering day-to-day digital marketing execution and supporting trade shows and events across North America.
Approximately 50–70% of this role will be dedicated to supporting digital marketing initiatives. The remaining 30–50% will focus on trade show and event support within North America.
The Marketing & Communications Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms, campaigns, and event logistics—freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Main Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Deliverables
  • Deliver day-to-day digital marketing tasks efficiently, including content updates, campaign execution, and platform management.
  • Assist in gathering and compiling campaign data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital platforms including social media, website CMS, and intranet.
  • Adapt content across channels to ensure brand-aligned communication.
  • Support audience targeting and lead handling in Salesforce, ensuring accurate capture, tracking, and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital initiatives and maintain the company’s digital presence.
  • Advise on and assist in the execution of trade shows, events, conferences, and seminars in North America. Includes coordinating with advertising agencies, printing companies, stand construction companies, exhibition organizers, customers, and commercial agents.
  • Support Global Marketing Managers in delivering high-quality event experiences.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.

The Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with design software like InDesign, Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus; on-the-job training would be provided
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
