JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, as an Aftermarket Territory Manager, you will lead customer engagement and sales growth within your assigned region, focusing on the Aftermarket segment.
This role is critical for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical, hands-on solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations and collaborating closely with Service, Application, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless support.
Your mission is to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across key end markets, including animal feed, oilseed, biomass, pet food, rendering and industrial while traveling extensively to maintain a strong presence and deliver personalized service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement and face-to-face interactions.
  • Advocate for customers and understand their requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments to offer informed recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities and propose practical solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Articulate our value proposition and competitive advantages clearly and effectively.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and RFQs with accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage the opportunity pipeline using CRM Salesforce.
  • Coordinate proposals, contracts, and order processes on SAP.
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and GM goals through proactive efforts.
  • Drive market development initiatives by identifying emerging trends and expanding presence in key end markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed customer visit reports and actionable insights.
  • Provide technical support, maintenance recommendations, and perform mechanical audits to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Train internal colleagues and customers through practical demonstrations.
  • Adhere to safety policies and promote best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to get one’s hands dirty
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to speak in public and to multiple levels within customer organizations, including technical specialists, procurement officers, and senior management
  • ERP and customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
  • Self-starter, driven, and a results-oriented sales professional
  • Outcome focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Well-developed sales and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective at problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • 5+ years Commercial, Sales, or Operations experience within the Food/Agriculture/Bioenergy/Industrial/Waste complex.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and approach
  • Enjoyment of extensive business travel (up to 75%)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field - chemistry, chemical, Business or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and maintenance knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and technical drawings.
  • Experience selling/supporting technical solutions
  • Residence in Brazil
  • Remote work options are available
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be able to communicate  in English fluently, and advanced Spanish is a plus.
  • High integrity and ethics.
